In the past few days, I have read numerous posts for people looking for jobs in Costa Rica and it struck me that the country does not only strike them as a mere vacation destination after all.

Is it politically stable and whatyjobs are the easiest to get?

What are the regulations on foreigners intending to reside in the country and for those who have never been there, what should we know?

All these Americans than want to work in Costa Rica are dealing:

1) They can't work legally in almost all circumstances.

2) If they work legally or not, the wages will be insufficient to support themselves.
