I FOUND THIS PLACE IN COSTA RICA, IT IS WONDERFUL, THE PROJECT HAS DEEP WATER WELLS, ENOUGH FARM LAND TO FEED EVERYONE IN IT. THEY ARE PUTTING IN A SOLAR ELECTRIC SYSTEM, ALSO WHEN YOU BUY YOU OWN YOUR LOT FREE AND CLEAR AND AN EQUAL PART OF THE WHOLE PROJECT. THE PROJECT HAS A FISHING BOAT WITH A COMMERCIAL LICENSE. OVERHEAD ON OWNING THIS PROPERTY IS NEXT NOTHING. IF ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE ONE COULD STILL LIVE COMFORTABLY, AND IF NOT IT IS A THE BEST REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT I HAVE FOUND. THE PROJECT HAS IN HOUSE FINANCING. GREAT OCEAN VIEWS AND OUT OF HARMS WAY. WHEN THE 1929 DEPRESSION HIT, IS IT NOT TRUE THAT PEOPLE WITH REAL ESTATE CAME OUT THE OTHER END WHOLE. A QUITE LOW OVERHEAD INVESTMENT. | I am in need for some good and useful information in here with regards to real estate in Costa Rica. I would love to have some useful links as well to where I can further read on this matter as well. I am actually to move there and so I am quite concern about the real estate in the country. I just hope that I can get some useful information in here. |
| This seems like a no brainer to me, if you need a place to live and you want a place you can go off to in any time of crisis than go for the retreat in Costa Rica. If you never want to live there and are hoping to resell it, then probably the gold is a better bet. That property sounds like a dream to me, I would love to live there. |
| The real estate business in Costa Rica seems to be in great success since the tourism industry in there is also well acknowledged. Investing in gold is also a very good idea, but if you try investing in real estate you will also never lose since the people coming over Costa Rica is unlimited, and they even think of retiring there and find a better haven to stay. You cannot compare investing in Gold and Investing in Real Estate in Costa Rica.You also cannot imagine the investing and business environment in Costa Rica until you have lived there for a good many years. Yes, there can be some great real estate opportunities in Costa Rica. There are also a lot of pitfalls and most of them you'll never see coming until you have a lot of experience under your belt. |
| Yes, I agree with you Bill. Investing your money in a business or putting up your own really need a lot of researching to do. Before you put your money at risk you should be ready to face the consequences and be sure to know the game you are playing. That's one thing that you should consider. Anyway, if you are prepared, then go ahead and hit the star. |
