Remember if someone says the "price is good" there is a easy way to find out. Have a Costa Rican made inquiry. If the price is the same then you have a pretty good idea the price is right.

If the Costa Rican is quoted a price that is lower, maybe even 10s or 100s of thousands dollars lower... well... you get the idea!

Yes, I would also want to sample some photos of what you people are talking about. For those interested in going into real estate, remember that cheap is normally expensive. Get a good dealer and make sure you settle for the best option
