I went to Costa Rica a year and a half ago on a tour. The land for $45,000 a Lot does that include the 2 story house or is it just land? Is Junquillal on the east coast or west coast? Is it near Quepos where I was? I would think that land would be cheap there. The Colones the currency there was 400 to 1 dollar. I dream of retiring there but I have to live in a safe place. The poverty there was bad. Please reply to the questions about the land. I would like to retire early and live there. Thanks

Hi - I would love to have a piece of property in Costa Rica. I know very little about it, though. My boyfriend is a surfer and has surfed there. I would like a private piece of property near a town.
