selling our beach house on playa palo seco, 1600m2 of coco palm studed land. A 2br 2ba hacienda style home with 16' vaulted cielings and a swimming pool. Unique double waterfront set up with the ocean in front and a large river in the back.

Why would you sell a place like that? Can give how much could go lowering the price? Let say a $100, 000 offer would still be favorable for you? By the way I'm a real estate agent in Asia and some of my clients are looking for that kind of properties in the Caribbean. It's in Palo Seco, Costa Rica right?

I would love to visit Costa Rica but I'm wondering if I am going to have to learn Spanish before I go.

Start learning once you get here. But it is important to learn at least the basics of Spanish.
