When I was in Costa Rica we took a tour of the National Museum and National Theater. Theses may be considered landmarks. You also may check to see if the University is considered a landmark.

I think you should tell us the name and phone number of your school so we can call and see if we are supposed to be doing your homework for you.

I think it would be a good idea if "Old Grump" was actually your teacher in school. Then you might actually learn something! Actually!

According to voted answer with the same question:"Arenal Volcano - located in Arenal National Park in Northern Costa Rica, Arenal Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in the world, and one of Costa Rica's most popular attractions. After lying dormant for hundreds of years, Arenal Volcano erupted violently in 1968, and since then it has been Costa Rica's most active volcano, erupting on an almost daily basis and providing spectacular pyroclastic shows! Nightime viewing can be magnificent, with glowing lava flows and red hot rocks being thrown from the crater.
Pueblo Antiguo is a theme park with lots of fun and colors, it has many museums and is modeled after 19th century San José, it is located inside a massive complex called Parque de Diversiones de Costa Rica."

No one cares to read cut and pasted crap from yahoo answers.... maybe tell us in your own (interesting) words and link to that junk.
