My wife and I have been hunting for our Paradise home here in Costa Rica for three years. Thanks to all of the fine people of the Emerald Forest we now have our dream home and are enjoying Paradise. I worked with Emerald Forest Properties also, beginning last March. I whole heartedly agree with the previous email. I work with Brad and Roy and both have gone the extra mile to be sure my experience is nothing short of perfect. I purchased a home in San Rafael and hope to move soon. In the meantime, even though there is nothing in it for him, Brad had continued to respond to my emails and extend help and suggestions to any request I have made of him.

Well, nice to hear that you have finally found your perfect paradise Max Lyon. It is indeed true that there are some empty promises and lame real estate agents who fails to due their tasks on updating you (their customers) and following through your transaction with them. Thus, it all depends to you to whether experience this next time or not, it is your mistake if it happens again. To avoid such turn downs I suggest you investigate and research on different real estate firms and agencies which provides these to avoid failure.

The perfect home and vacation paradise is an elusive thing to those who don't go for the extra mile for it, so if you want to find a perfect home and real estate for you or your family then I suggest you go and do some research. Go directly to the source as Max Lyon here implied.

That Emerald Forest Property sure has a very unique and stylish property website. I've visited it and was amazed on all the photos featured on the webpage. They must really be an expert in the art of marketing and at top of their business to hire a good web designer. The site really look appealing and will really get customer's going and then there are those testimonials which will support how great of a paradise this place is.
