| I didn't purchase with the Vista Hermosa project, however I was in the process of purchasing a condo at one of their other developments Villa La Colina in Ocotal. Due to many delays I was offered the option of backing out of the agreement, which I took. That was in August 2006 after I had already paid 90% of my cost. Since that time I have attempted through numerous ways to get my funds retruned to no avail. Do you know if there are any class action lawsuits pending or the status of any refunds? Ed |

| Hello VSpring, Fred, Bill and Josh, I haven't checked this site in a while, I'm sorry for that. John Saphir, John Richards, Gary Flood, Mike Faber and MNPCR have "disappeared" from their "offices" in MN. I have an attorney and we have filed a civil lawsuit with the Federal Courts in MN. Do any of you know if they still have an office in Costa Rica? I haven't seen any other lawsuits with the Feds, so I'm assuming that any legal actions have been or are in Costa Rica. We have attempted to serve them overthere and bring them to court in the U.S. where at least I'll have a fighting chance of getting my money back. Any other information or help will be greatly appriciated. Ed |
