A HOLISTIC HEALTH FAIR will be held TOMORROW Sat. March 11 - at Earthly Delights Cafe (Ciudad Colon downtown [in the Central Valley - west of Escazu & Santa Ana).
Demonstrations & talks about integral balance, yoga, pilates, aromatherapy, floral remedies, massage, vegetarian cooking, mini-massages, vegetarian food tasting, & much more! LOCATION/DIRECTIONS: Across from ICE tower in downtown Ciudad Colon. As you are entering the town from the Pista/highway, you cross a bridge & about 100 meters, take a right-hand turn (you HAVE to turn right as it turns into a one-way north-bound street) at the gas station on the s/w corner. Go done 1 block & turn left. Go 300 meters (3 short blocks), turn left & the restaurant is about 40 meters on the right-hand side (BEFORE the main street). IT IS, HOWEVER, BEST NOT TO TURN LEFT ON THIS CORNER AS THERE IS NO PARKING. It would be best to turn right at that corner & park (carpooling is highly advisable). The restaurant is set back a little & there are trees in the front, so keep your eyes open.

(I'll probably be there for the 3:45 Vegetarianism & 4:30 Vegetarian Cooking Talks by Marco Gonzalez since I'm new & very curious about this concept!!)

Keep this min mind... . Some people like to call Costa Rica various things like Puerto Rico or Costa Rico. Costa Rica translates to "Rich Coast"... check out Costa Rica. Costa Rica is also two words, not one, ie: Costarica or CostaRico. San Jose is the capitol city of Costa Rica. The San Jose International Aiport (SJO) is really located in Alajuela, Costa Rica (about 15 km from the Capital San Jose).
