Thank you, Mahera 2. Calls would be coming from which part of the world? United States (8am EST to 10pm EST) 4. What would be the calling time and hours (24/7 or business hrs)? (8am EST to 10pm EST) 5. How many agents you are looking for? 10-20 6. How soon you want to start the process? ASAP 7. What kind of training is required for our agents? Sale/closing/ credit counseling and consolidating bills 9. What is the weekly/ daily call volume? 400-500 10. What is the Average call duration? Depends on how good the agents are I would say 5-10 minutes for a well trained agent 11. Do you have any toll free number or want us to provide you with the toll free number? We already have our 800 numbers and also will provide training manual and scripts for your agents to you. It is mostly inbound calls but if a call is missed the agent has to call the customer back.

Will be making a decision today please e-mail me with this info ASAP

Thank you,

Mahera

Keep this min mind... . Some people like to call Costa Rica various things like Puerto Rico or Costa Rico. Costa Rica translates to "Rich Coast"... check out Costa Rica. Costa Rica is also two words, not one, ie: Costarica or CostaRico. San Jose is the capitol city of Costa Rica. The San Jose International Aiport (SJO) is really located in Alajuela, Costa Rica (about 15 km from the Capital San Jose).
