"Was it just me, or was the air in Alajuela especially stinky? There were so many fumes I couldn't even breathe without covering my nose and mouth.People talk about our cities in America being jam packed with cars and why doesn't everybody car pool?"
Well, I can say one thing for sure. If the result of people carpooling and riding the buses instead turns our air into what theirs smells like, no thanks.

Are you out of your f'ing mind? Air quality in Alajuela is great compared to San Jose! Now how about the air quality on the beaches these days?

Well, I may be out of my mind, but then again that could just be because I was trying to get downtown to go to the grocery store and I was so sick from food poisoning from the icky pork chop I ate that the smells were especially bad!

I think you should go back to being an arm chair traveler and save the rest of the pain of your food poisoning and smelly air stories! • Page 1 (Original Post) •
